Overview

HighFiver.app (“HighFiver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps people create suggested replies to social posts. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and authentication information supplied by Google and Firebase Authentication.
• Content you submit: post text, captions, comment threads, screenshots, tone selections, and other instructions you provide to generate replies.
• Service information: credit usage, plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and dates needed to operate your account.
• Technical information: basic request, device, browser, security, and diagnostic data that our hosting and infrastructure providers process when you use the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, generate requested replies, operate credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, respond to support requests, and improve HighFiver. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing and submitted content

Text and images you submit are sent to our automation and AI service providers solely to process your request and return suggested replies. Do not submit confidential information, sensitive personal data, or content you do not have permission to use. AI output may be inaccurate, so review every reply before posting it.

Service providers

We use providers including Google Firebase for authentication, database services, functions, and hosting; Stripe for payments and subscription management; n8n for workflow automation; and AI model providers used by our reply-generation workflow. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Stripe receives payment information directly; HighFiver does not store complete card numbers.

Retention and security

We retain account, credit, subscription, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Submitted content may be processed temporarily in application logs or provider systems. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may stop using the service at any time, manage a paid subscription through the billing portal, and request access to or deletion of your HighFiver account information. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

Children

HighFiver is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
