Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of HighFiver.app and its reply-generation, account, credit, and subscription features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

HighFiver generates suggested social-media replies from text, screenshots, tone choices, and instructions you provide. Suggestions are drafts only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to post any output. HighFiver does not automatically publish content to social platforms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You may not create multiple accounts or use technical measures to evade credit limits, payment requirements, or enforcement actions.

Credits, subscriptions, and billing

• Credits measure reply-generation requests and have no cash value. Promotional and free credits may expire, change, or be discontinued.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe processes payments using the price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes.
• Monthly plan credits reset each billing period. Any explicitly carried promotional credits are governed by the offer shown when granted.
• You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HighFiver and its service providers a limited right to host, transmit, process, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

Acceptable use

You may not use HighFiver to break the law; harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or exploit others; generate spam or coordinated inauthentic engagement; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; submit illegal or highly sensitive personal data; probe or disrupt the Service; or bypass access, quota, or security controls. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service.

AI limitations

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inappropriate, or similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee originality, accuracy, platform acceptance, engagement results, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for content you choose to publish and for complying with each social platform’s rules.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features; adjust credit requirements; or modify plan offerings. We aim to keep HighFiver available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. HighFiver and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or decisions made using generated output. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid HighFiver during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination and contact

You may stop using HighFiver at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, legal requirements, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, or security risk. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain effective. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@highfiver.app.
